Love this blog and it amazes me that many of your readers are young, I believe it is a very good sign, but please tell them 68 is not considered being "old" anymore...
I'm new to your blog through a friend and just love it! I took classes from Gurmukh when I was pregnant with my two sons and adore her. I still go to yoga several times a week at Golden Bridge, her studio in Los Angeles. She is a remarkable woman -- you picked a good one!
